Louisiana Fish Fry introduced a new line of air fryer coating mixes designed to achieve crispy, Southern-style results with significantly less oil than traditional deep frying. The line included specialized coating mixes for Fish, Chicken, and Pork, along with a Garlic & Herb variety and a variety gift pack.

Project Focus and Execution
The project focused on the product’s key benefit: delivering an authentic Southern crunchy texture through the modern convenience of an air fryer. We successfully created the packaging for this new line of air fryer products, ensuring the design effectively communicated the ease of use and the high-quality, crispy outcome.

Following the product launches, the project expanded to encompass the complete development of the new Louisiana Fish Fry website. The primary goal was to create a digital platform that authentically shared the culture of Louisiana while providing practical resources for users. The custom website prominently feature recipes, encourage customers to create their own Louisiana-flavored dishes, and highlight new product offerings.
